The Privacy Audit: Our Security Architecture

At Voiced Legacy, we do not merely store videos; we construct highly secure digital vaults for your family’s most sensitive history. This Privacy Audit details the strict physical and digital protocols we employ to guarantee absolute discretion.

I. The “Two-Key” Access Architecture

The Vault operates on a sophisticated closed-loop access system. The architecture separates the interface from the specific family archives.

• Patron Control: Only the primary Patron holds the authority to issue invitations to the family vault. Voiced Legacy cannot and will not grant access to unverified individuals.
• Isolated Archives: Each family’s cinematic portrait is cryptographically isolated. A guest possessing access to one family’s vault cannot view, search, or access any other family’s records.

II. Encryption & Digital Hosting

Your cinematic portraits are never hosted on public video-sharing platforms.

• Secure Streaming: We utilize encrypted, enterprise-grade video hosting. Playback is strictly locked to the authenticated environment of The Vault and cannot be embedded elsewhere.
• Data in Transit: All communications, private reflections, and video streams are protected by industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

III. The 7-Day Privacy Review Protocol

We understand that during an intimate interview, highly sensitive or unexpectedly private information may be shared on camera. To safeguard your family’s narrative, we employ a strict review protocol:

• The Veto Window: Upon delivery of the initial edit, the Patron is granted a strict, one-time, 7-day review window. During this period, the Patron may request specific redactions of sensitive information for privacy purposes.
• Creative Control: Please note that this window is exclusively for privacy redactions, not an endless editorial feedback loop. To preserve the museum-grade quality and narrative integrity of the film, full editorial and creative control remains entirely with our Lead Archivist.

IV. Internal Discretion Protocols

Our white-glove service extends deeply into our post-production process:

• Restricted Editing Access: Only your dedicated Lead Archivist and assigned Master Editor will ever interact with the raw interview footage.
• The Portfolio Promise: We enforce a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized use. No footage, audio, or stills from a private family commission will ever be used in our public portfolio, marketing materials, or social media without explicit, written consent from the Patron.
